Welcome to AquaWave Swimming Institute. By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Payments

All program registrations are subject to availability and acceptance by AquaWave. Fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is explicitly agreed upon. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and in-person payments.

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Family discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated.
• AquaWave reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment; in such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 7–14 days before start date: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before start date: No refund, but you may transfer the enrollment to another person or receive a credit (minus 15% fee) for future programs.
• After classes begin: No refunds for missed sessions. Make‑up classes are subject to availability and must be scheduled within the same session period.

3. Facility Rules & Safety

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, all visitors must comply with our facility rules:

• Shower before entering the pool.
• Proper swimwear is required (no street clothes).
• Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times.
• No running, diving in shallow areas, or rough play.
• Follow lifeguard and instructor instructions immediately.
• Glass containers, alcohol, and smoking are strictly prohibited.

AquaWave is not liable for personal injuries or loss of property. By using our facilities, you assume all risks inherent in aquatic activities.

4. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward staff or other members will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

5. Photography & Media

AquaWave occasionally takes photos and videos during classes and events for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you grant AquaWave the right to use such media in marketing materials unless you opt out in writing at the time of registration.

6. Membership & Auto‑Renewal

For monthly membership plans, payment will be automatically charged to the card on file each month. You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. No refunds for partial months.

7. Health & Medical

You certify that you (or your child) are in good health and have no medical conditions that would make participation in swimming activities unsafe. AquaWave reserves the right to require a physician's clearance. In case of emergency, we may seek medical treatment at your expense.

8. Changes to Terms

AquaWave may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
