What are your operating hours?
Our facility is open Monday–Sunday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including holidays. Class schedules vary; please check our timetable for specific session times.
Where are you located?
We are at 123 Poolside Drive, Aqua City, CA 90210. Free parking is available for all members and visitors.
What is the water temperature?
Our pools are maintained at a comfortable 28°C (82°F) year‑round, ideal for both learning and competitive training.
Do you offer classes for adults?
Absolutely! We have beginner, intermediate, and aqua fitness classes for adults 18+. Evening and weekend batches are available.
What age groups do you teach?
We welcome swimmers from 3 years old to seniors. Programs are divided into Kids (3–10), Teens (11–17), Adults (18+), and specialized sessions for toddlers with parents.
How do I know which level is right for me/my child?
We offer a free skill assessment during your first visit. Our coaches evaluate water comfort, stroke ability, and recommend the appropriate class.
What is the class size?
We keep class sizes small to ensure personalized attention: maximum 8 students per instructor for kids and adults, and 6 for advanced sessions.
How long is each class?
All group classes run for 45 minutes. Private lessons can be booked for 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
How do I enroll?
You can enroll online through our contact form, visit the front desk, or call us at +1 (555) 123-4567. A deposit may be required to secure your spot.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and cash payments at the reception. Online payments are processed securely.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before start receive a full refund minus 10% admin fee. Within 7–14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund but credit may be offered. See our Terms for details.
Can I try a class before enrolling?
Yes! We offer a free trial session for first‑time visitors. Book through our contact page or call us to schedule.
Are lifeguards on duty?
Yes, certified lifeguards are present during all operating hours. Our instructors are also trained in CPR and first aid.
What if I have a medical condition?
Please inform us during registration. We may request a physician’s clearance. Many conditions can be accommodated with modified exercises.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
We provide kickboards, pull buoys, and fins during classes. You’ll need a proper swimsuit, goggles, and a towel. Swim caps are recommended but not mandatory (except for competitive squads).
Do parents need to stay during kids’ classes?
For safety and comfort, we request parents of children under 8 to remain in the viewing area during lessons. For younger children (3–5), a parent may be asked to join the water in certain programs.
Is the pool indoors or outdoors?
Our 50‑meter Olympic pool is indoors, climate‑controlled, and open year‑round. We also have a separate outdoor learners’ pool for warm‑weather sessions.
Do you have drinking water available?
Yes, we have water fountains and a café that sells bottled water and healthy snacks. We encourage swimmers to bring reusable bottles.
